Your creations belong to you. Images, videos and avatars generated via ToonZap from your own content (photos, text) are your exclusive property. You may use them for personal and commercial purposes without restriction.
Platform content. The code, interfaces, text, logo and ToonZap brand are protected by copyright. Any reproduction without written authorization is prohibited.
AI-generated content. Outputs from third-party AI models (Midjourney, Flux, etc.) are subject to the terms of use of their respective publishers. By using ToonZap, you accept these terms as referenced in our Terms and Conditions.
Prohibited content. It is strictly prohibited to generate violent, sexually explicit, defamatory content, or content that infringes on the rights of third parties. Any violation results in immediate account suspension.
