Photo-to-cartoon costs 12 to 20 credits depending on the model you pick (12 for the standard model, selected by default), a generated image starts at 8 credits, an avatar 10 credits, voice 6 credits and upscale 6 credits. Videos cost from 55 credits (5 seconds, Kling Turbo) to 495 credits (30 seconds, Kling 2.6); a Veo clip costs 77 credits with Veo 3.1 Fast and 193 with Veo 3.1. Every new user gets 40 free credits at sign-up — enough to try photo-to-cartoon three times. Video requires a credit pack, from €4.99 (150 credits, no subscription).

Cartoon images usually arrive in under 40 seconds (half of them in under 20 s). A 5- or 10-second video generally takes 1 to 4 minutes, a 20- or 30-second video up to about 12 minutes, and a talking avatar about 5 to 20 minutes depending on its length. AI voices are ready in a few seconds.

Yes. The Starter, Pro and Premium plans include full commercial rights to your creations. The Free and Essential plans are for personal use only — they do not grant commercial rights.

Absolutely! Create an account for free and get 40 free credits, enough to try photo-to-cartoon three times. After that, on the Free plan, your balance is topped up to 30 credits every month. No subscription needed to get started. Video, however, requires a credit pack, from €4.99 (150 credits, no subscription).

Credits are deducted with each generation. You can buy one-off packs (€4.99 to €99.99) or subscribe to receive credits every month. At each monthly renewal the plan's quota is added to your balance: unused credits are kept, and pack credits are never trimmed.

On our own servers in Frankfurt, Germany (European Union): your account, the database and the generated files. To produce an image or a video, only the content strictly required is sent to our AI model partners (Google, Black Forest Labs, Kling, fal.ai, ElevenLabs) for the duration of the job. You can delete your account at any time from your settings, under the GDPR right to erasure.

A cartoonizer stops at the still image. ToonZap goes further: a photo can become a 5 to 30 second video, or an avatar that speaks with synced lips for up to 28 seconds, using an AI voice, your own recorded voice or your cloned voice. The 14 cartoon styles are the starting point, not the destination.

The Free plan adds a ToonZap watermark to images and videos. Every paid plan — Essential, Starter, Pro and Premium — generates without a watermark. A credit pack removes it too, for 30 days from the purchase: the Pack Mini, €4.99 for 150 credits, buys a watermark-free month with nothing to cancel. One thing to know before buying: the watermark is burned into the file at creation — always on a video, usually on an image — so it does not disappear from work already made.

Yes — that is the Talking Avatar tool. Upload a photo of a face, then either type what it should say or record your own voice; the mouth follows. It costs 12 credits per second with a 60-credit minimum, plus 6 credits if you pick one of the 21 AI voices instead of your own. A 5-second clip therefore costs 60 credits with your voice and 66 with an AI voice: the 40 credits given at sign-up do not cover a try. The Mini pack (€4.99, 150 credits, no subscription) covers two 5-second clips.

Yes, two ways. Image → Video puts the photo itself in motion — camera movement, elements coming alive — from 55 credits for 5 seconds. Dance & Motion makes your photo replay the moves of a video you supply: billing follows that video's real length, 11 credits per second, 55 credits minimum.
